My Garden

I wouldn't be able to choose between my art and my garden. To me, my garden is my muse. I can become lost on my way to the mailbox. I can spend hours picking tiny weedes from the moss beds. It is the place I refill my well.

Steve and I installed this bubble fountain several years ago near the deck and my garden bench.

My favorite spot to sit and build a cozy fire. This is one of my garden rooms.It is totally shaded by the largest dogwood tree I've ever seen. Click here to see what happened to the fireplace. This picture was taken in early spring several years before the one below it (taken in the summer of 2004)
Steven and I made this twig arbor last summer. It was created with green wood bent and secured to rebar hammered into the ground several feet. This year I added climbing clematis.
I am started my hand at creating celtic stepping stones with areas built in so that moss can be grown to create the pattern. The little doxie back end is another weenie dog of ours, Foster Rae.
